Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (Trustees) is responsible for electing officers, managing the affairs of the school and establishing policies. The board will also approve the budget and set tuition rates and salaries. At times, if there is a vacancy, the board will hire a principal for the school. Board members will also serve on sub-committees and attend all necessary meetings. Elections for board positions are held in May.

Board of Directors Sub-Committees

Building and Grounds
Building and Grounds arranges to have tasks done at the school that the board deems necessary. Members: To be determined (TBD)

Finance
Finance establishes a budget and give approval of expenditures, as well as give options for tuition and pay increases. Members: TBD

Fundraising
Fundraising, separate from parents' committee fundraising, works on fundraising done directly by the Board of Directors (For example, the auction). Members: TBD

Personnel
Personnel may give input for staffing needs and personnel issues. Members: TBD

Tuition Assistance
The Tuition Assistance sub-committee reviews tuition assistance applications and awards monies to families. Members: TBD

Volunteers

As the school year comes upon us the Board of Directors and the Parents' Committee will be looking for volunteers to help with various projects. If you are interested in volunteering your time to the school, please feel free to contact Ginny Scease.
