Parent Involvement
We have an open door policy in our school meaning that parents are welcome to come into the school at any time to take a look or touch base with a child. Parents who wish to visit a classroom for an entire class should make arrangements with the teacher ahead of time.
A nice way to become involved in the school is to serve on the Board of Directors or Parents' Committee. Elections for these positions are held in May. Anyone not able to serve one of these positions is able to contribute through the school year with our Auction, Christmas Float, Fall/Spring Clean-up days, and Staff Appreciation Day.
Each class has a Room Mother to help organize school events and assist the teachers.
