Thanksgiving Can Drive
We all have so much to be thanful for, so every November, Exeter Day School asks families to help local families in need. Food and non-food items, such as soap, paper products, household supplies, and personal care items, are donated to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Exeter.
Thank you to all EDS families for your generosity.
Each child gets to invite one special adult to our annual carnival. This year we will be splitting the two carnivals up by age!
Along with our traditional playground, the Exeter Day School also has a Natural Playground in the back of the school. This playground includes a large tree perfect for climbing (appropriately named "Climb-O-Rama" by the students.) There are also 12 stumps of assorted heights set into the ground for jumping from stump to stump or for sitting on during storytime, and assorted sizes of "tree cookies" for building and stacking. There is also a large sandbox enclosed by tree stumps. During nice weather, the teachers may take the children outside to this area to do their arts and crafts or have a snack.
