Due to the limits set forth by the state of New Hampshire and the impact of COVID-19, we are required to modify our traditional summer camp offering for 2020. This year, EDS will be offering three 3-day camp sessions for students ages 3 to 5 years old and fully potty trained. The minimum number of students for each camp to run is seven with a maximum of 10. If a camp enrollment reaches 10 students, we will reduce tuition from $170 per camper per session to $150, and parents/guardians will have the option to donate the reduction amounts to the school to assist with the implementation of new protocols for the coming year. Tuition is due in full by Friday, July 10th.
Per to COVID-19 guidelines, teachers will wear masks throughout the entire camp period. Campers will have their temperatures taken and recorded upon arrival prior to parents/guardians leaving. Campers will be required to wash hands upon arrival, before and after eating snacks, after bathroom use, and at any other time that calls for disinfection. Snacks must be sent with students from home. The snacks will be eaten on the camper’s individual towel while spreading out from other campers. Camp will be held primarily outside on our playground or natural classroom areas. Students will be inside only for bathroom usage or if there are weather/health concerns, including heat.
A second separate group may be added per session if enrollment and staffing allow.
